You will drive safe, efficient delivery across designated sections, guiding engineering, commercial and delivery teams to align with programme, budget and compliance obligations. The role requires proven MEP delivery experience on major projects, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to safety, quality and stakeholder engagement.
HS2, Britain’s new high-speed railway is at peak construction. Balfour Beatty VINCI is HS2’s construction partner in the Midlands, responsible for delivering 90km of the route, from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and on to Handsacre in Staffordshire.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Section Manager to lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) works on one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects.
As MEP Section Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and quality delivery of MEP works across designated sections of the project. You will provide leadership to engineering, commercial and delivery teams, ensuring works are planned, coordinated and executed in line with programme, budget and compliance requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant project while working within a collaborative and innovative environment.
HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
SMSTS.
CSCS Card.
Demonstrable experience managing complex MEP construction activities.
