Job summary

First For Education, in partnership with a high-achieving secondary school in Birmingham, seeks a dedicated Physical Education teacher with QTS to deliver engaging lessons across KS3- KS5.

Candidates should have a strong PE background, confident classroom management, and the ability to adapt to varied subjects; this is a full-time, long-term supply role with competitive daily rate (£150-£250) and weekly PAYE, with CPD and consultant support.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 desirable).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Clear communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with QTS and a strong academic background in Physical Education. They will be a passionate and knowledgeable subject specialist, confident in delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of PE while achieving strong practical outcomes for students. This is a full-time, long-term position for the new academic year, delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) , Key Stage 4 (KS4) and Key Stage 5 desirable. Secondary Supply Teacher role requirements:
