Job summary

The Education Specialists, in partnership with The Learning Partnership Trust, are recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers for a well-regarded secondary school in Stoke.

This is a full-time, long-term role for the academic year, delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4, with a strong behaviour policy and supportive senior leadership.

You will cover a range of subjects, adapt to different classes, provide pupil feedback, and contribute to a stable, consistent teaching arrangement.

Qualifications

• QTS required with relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering lessons to KS3 and KS4.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3/KS4 across subjects.
• Adapt teaching to different classroom environments.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.

The Education Specialists are delighted to be working together with The Learning Partnership Trust recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers for general cover in a well regarded secondary school in Stoke, rated'Good' by Ofsted.

This is a full-time, long-term position for the the academic year, delivering lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

The school has a strong behaviour policy in place and a supportive senior leadership team, making it an excellent environment for a Secondary Supply Teacher looking for a consistent role in North Stoke.

Secondary Supply Teacher role requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Ability to deliver lessons across a range of subjects
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through The Education Specialists

The successful Secondary Supply Teacher will:
