Pho Restaurants in Canterbury is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our busy Pho kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, mentor wok/lines/salad chefs and help manage kitchen sections with a focus on fresh, flavoursome dishes.

The role offers an annual package up to £42,700 (base £34,700 plus earnings through tronc), with excellent training, and employee benefits including free meals, restaurant discounts, and pension support.

Qualifications

• Hands on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimum x1 years’ in role.
• Experience being second in command in a kitchen and mentoring wok/lines/salad chefs.
• Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations.
