Job summary

Pho Exeter is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join the busy Pho restaurant team. The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef, mentor junior chefs, and help run multiple sections of the kitchen in a dynamic environment.

The role offers a base annual salary of £34,700 plus tron, with a total package up to £42,500. Benefits include free meals, staff discounts, and training opportunities to grow within our nationwide Pho family.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimum 1 year in role.
• Experience being second in command in a kitchen and mentoring junior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef with managerial duties and mentor wok, line and salad chefs.
• Act as second in command in the kitchen and help in various sections.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
