Qualifications

• Hands-on chefs with passion for cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with at least 1 year in role.
• Experience being second in command, mentoring wok/line/salad chefs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with managerial duties.
• Mentor wok chefs, lines chefs and salad chefs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in kitchen.
