Job summary

Pho Restaurants in Exeter is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant. You will support the Head Chef, mentor wok, lines and salad chefs, and oversee daily kitchen operations, delivering fresh, vibrant dishes with consistent quality.

We reward hard work with a competitive base salary of £34,700 plus tron bonuses, up to £42,500 annually, plus benefits including free meals, 50% off food and drink, pension, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to cooking across kitchen sections.
• Strong food safety knowledge and hygiene standards.
• Experience mentoring junior chefs and leading sections as second in command.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with managerial duties in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Mentor wok, lines and salad chefs to maintain quality and consistency.
