Job summary

Pho Leeds in Leeds is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant. You will be hands-on, lead sections, and support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.

We offer an annual salary up to £40,100 (base £34,700 with tronc earnings), strong team environment, training and benefits including free meals and staff discounts.

As Second Chef you will mentor wok, lines and salad chefs, ensure food safety, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as Second Chef or Sous Chef, with managerial duties.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and management.
• Mentor wok chefs, line chefs and salad chefs.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and consistency.
