Pho in Exeter is hiring a Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen. You will be hands-on, support the Head Chef, and mentor the wok, line, and salad teams while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

The role offers a base salary of £34,700 plus tron, with total earnings up to £42,500. You will enjoy benefits like staff meals, generous staff discounts, and team events as part of a nationwide Pho business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a busy kitchen.
• Minimum 1 year in a sous/senior role or as second in command.
• Ability to mentor wok, line and salad chefs.

Responsabilités

• Assist Head Chef with day-to-day managerial duties.
• Mentor and support wok, line and salad chefs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and oversee fresh dishes and kitchen operations.
