Job summary

Boots is hiring seasonal Customer Advisors for the Christmas period. You’ll greet shoppers, help them choose gifts, and assist with purchases on tills or self-checkouts. The role involves stocking, deliveries, and keeping shelves neat while delivering friendly, proactive service.

The position is temporary, with potential longer-term opportunities depending on local availability. Hours are available across various London locations with weekly pay and hourly rates from £13.02 to £15.10.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
