Job summary

Boots UK is seeking Seasonal Customer Advisors to join our busy Christmas season. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts, apply offers and process purchases at tills or self-checkouts. This fast-paced, active role also supports stock replenishment and deliveries to keep the store looking its best.

We offer training, a friendly team environment, and a range of benefits. Availability on Bank Holidays and peak shopping days is expected, with a weekly pay cycle and hourly rates from £13.02

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Bank Holidays including peak shopping days.
• Customer-focused and enjoy helping people have a great experience.
• Team player and able to support others to achieve store goals.
• Balance customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactively identify what needs doing and take ownership.
• Stay positive and focused during busy periods.
• Maintain energy through long, active shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Confident asking for help when needed to get things right.
• Learn new systems and confidently use tills and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist customers with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas and help the team as needed.
