Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join our busy Christmas period. You’ll be the friendly face helping customers find gifts, information on offers and the products they need for celebrations.

This temporary, in-store role involves assisting with deliveries, replenishment, and keeping the store looking its best while providing a high level of customer service. Enjoy team spirit and flexible shift patterns during the peak season.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
