Job summary

Boots UK is hiring Seasonal Customer Advisors for the Christmas period to join our store teams. You will welcome customers, help them find products and offers, and support stock and deliveries. The role is active, fast-paced and customer-focused, with opportunities to move into longer-term roles depending on local needs.

Hourly rates range from £13.02 to £15.10 across London locations; this is a weekly paid, temporary position designed to deliver excellent festive service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Provide friendly, personalised service to create memorable experiences.
• Assist customers at tills and self-checkouts to complete purchases.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves stocked and tidy.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store areas looking well-presented and safe.
• Flex across different store areas to support the team.
