Job summary

Boots is recruiting a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period in the UK. You will help customers find gifts, explain offers and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout experience. This fast-paced role involves replenishing stock, supporting deliveries, and keeping shelves tidy while working across store areas.

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
