Boots is hiring Seasonal Customer Advisors in the London area for the festive period. You’ll greet customers, suggest gifts and offers, and help with purchases using tills or self-checkout. The role involves stocking, deliveries, and flexible shifts in a fast-paced store team environment.

This temporary position offers the chance to be part of a high-energy retail team during the busy Christmas season, with training and employee discounts as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused - enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player - supports others and cares about team success.
• Operations ready - balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
