Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join during the festive period. You will help customers find gifts, apply offers, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role involves stock replenishment, deliveries support, and maintaining a tidy store environment. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, team-oriented and comfortable with technology, with flexibility to work during Bank Holidays and peak shopping times.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly service.
• Complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking at their best.
• Work across different areas and support the team as needed.
