Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join our busy Christmas period team. You’ll be at the heart of the action, helping customers find gifts, navigate offers and enjoy a memorable shopping experience.

This in-store role includes stock replenishment, deliveries, and flexible support across store areas in a fast-paced environment. You’ll join a friendly team, delivering great service, with opportunities for longer-term roles depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
