Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts, enjoy offers and deliver great service during the festive period. You'll be the friendly face on the shop floor, supporting deliveries, restocking and keeping displays attractive.

This fast-paced role requires flexibility across store areas, with a strong team spirit. The position is temporary, with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
