Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the festive period. You will welcome customers, help them find gifts and offers, and ensure smooth till and stock operations across the store. The role is busy, fast-paced and requires teamwork, flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude.

Availability for Bank Holidays and peak shopping days is essential, with a view to potential longer-term opportunities depending on local needs. Training and a supportive team atmosphere are provided by Boots.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
