Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the busy Christmas period. You’ll help customers find gifts, explain offers and provide friendly, personalised service to create memorable experiences.

Join a team delivering stock replenishment, deliveries support and a great store atmosphere. Flexible hours for Bank Holidays and peak shopping days, with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
