Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period in the UK. You’ll help customers find gifts, explain offers and ensure a smooth shopping experience across busy, fast-paced shifts. You’ll also assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and store presentation, contributing to a positive team dynamic.

This temporary position operates with a weekly pay cycle and requires flexibility around Bank Holidays and peak shopping days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Process purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across store areas and support the team as needed.
