Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period to help customers find gifts, offers and services in-store. You will be the friendly face shoppers rely on for advice and a positive experience, while also supporting deliveries and stock replenishment during a busy peak season.

The role requires flexibility to work across store areas, a team‑oriented mindset and a proactive approach to assist customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find gifts, products and offers.
• Provide friendly, personalised service to create memorable experiences.
• Process purchases at tills and via self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Assist across store areas and help the team as needed.
