Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts and offers during the Christmas period. You’ll be the friendly face in-store, providing personalised service and great experiences, with a focus on helping customers and keeping stock replenished.

This temporary role is fast-paced and active, involving deliveries support, stock organisation, and teamwork across store areas. Opportunities for longer‑term roles may arise depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer‑focused — enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.

• Operations ready — comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self‑checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
