Job summary

Ethero Ltd. is recruiting a Temporary Project Administrator to join the Major Projects team at its Uttoxeter distribution hub. The role supports a busy seasonal project by coordinating deliveries, maintaining system records and communicating with drivers, transport providers and internal departments.

Applicants must have reliable transport to travel to and from the site due to limited public transport links. Full training on Microsoft Business Central will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration or logistics support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and spreadsheet maintenance.
• Ability to liaise with internal teams and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders.
• Dispatch loads and prepare proof of delivery paperwork.
• Update and maintain information in Microsoft Business Central.
• Maintain project spreadsheets and monitor route changes.
• Communicate with drivers, third-party hauliers and internal teams.
• Record proof of delivery and chase missing paperwork.
• Collate documentation from third-party hauliers.
• Receive full training on Microsoft Business Central.
