Job summary

Ethero is recruiting a Temporary Project Administrator for the Major Projects team at its distribution hub in Uttoxeter. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain records in Microsoft Business Central and communicate with drivers and third-party transport providers to ensure on-time delivery during the Christmas project period.

Applicants must have reliable personal transport due to limited public transport links near the site. Full training on Microsoft Business Central will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong admin and data-entry capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and dispatch loads, preparing proof of delivery paperwork.
• Update and maintain information in Microsoft Business Central.
• Maintain accurate project spreadsheets and records.
• Monitor route changes and adjust systems accordingly.
• Chase transport providers for missing paperwork and communicate delays.
