Verdant Leisure Limited is seeking a Line Cook for our Pease Bay Holiday Park in Cockburnspath. The role involves preparing meals and snacks from a seasonal menu, supporting the Head/Sous-Chef, and keeping stations clean and well-stocked for service. Flexible hours apply to a busy, on-site kitchen environment.

The position is temporary/seasonal with a pay rate of £13.14 per hour. Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential; a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Good basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred; experience from college or cooking at home advantageous.
