Urban Pubs & Bars is looking for a competent Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef to join London’s biggest independent pub group. You will lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen, crafting seasonal menus with a focus on quality and cost control, while maintaining high standards across all dishes.

You’ll mentor staff, drive a collaborative kitchen culture, and work with Senior Chefs on menu development and promotions. This is a growth-focused role within a celebrated, people-first pub company.
