Urban Pubs & Bars is seeking a competent Snr CDP or Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step in London. You will lead seasonal menus, mentor the team and maintain high standards across a busy kitchen. A strong communicator with a collaborative attitude will thrive in our lively pub group.
