Urban Pubs & Bars Ltd in London is seeking a competent Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step, with a track record of commitment and stability.

You will lead with creativity on seasonal menus, mentor a high-energy team, champion fresh, locally sourced produce, and maintain top standards of taste, presentation, hygiene and cost control across all kitchen operations, including specials and seasonal promotions.
