Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking Seasonal Team Members for the festive period in the Royal Leamington Spa store. The role involves delivering excellent customer experiences, developing product knowledge, and strong teamwork during a busy Christmas season.

We offer flexible 8-hour minimum contracts with potential overtime and the possibility of extension into the new year. Training and great benefits are provided to support your work during this busy time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent customer service and welcoming attitude.
• Strong communication and listening skills with customers and team.
• Able to stay calm and solutions-focused in a busy retail environment.
• Willingness to participate in training and team sessions.
• Proactive in stock handling, housekeeping and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Develop an excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks, setting a good example for the rest of the team.
• Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, i.e. stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store, including external and back of house/stockroom areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Have an awareness of the store’s sales targets and its current performance versus like-for-like/target/company figures.
• Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
