Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period. You will welcome customers, help them find gifts and offers, and assist with purchases on tills or self-checkouts.

You’ll also replenish stock, support deliveries and keep shelves looking their best in a fast-paced retail store environment. This temporary role requires flexibility across store areas, strong customer focus, teamwork, and the ability to work busy periods including holidays.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
