Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to assist customers during the Christmas period in-store. You’ll help customers find gifts, explain offers and ensure a smooth checkout experience using tills or self-checkouts.

As a flexible team member, you’ll also replenish stock, support deliveries and maintain neat store presentation. Bank holidays and peak shopping periods are required, with opportunities for longer-term roles depending on local needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist customers with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across store areas and support the team as needed.
