Job summary

Boots is recruiting Seasonal Customer Advisors to help customers during the festive period. The role involves assisting with product selection, offers and checkout, while also supporting stock replenishment and deliveries.

It’s a fast-paced, team-based environment with a strong emphasis on customer care and flexibility across store areas. Applicants should be available for Bank Holidays and peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• Bank Holidays availability, including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
• Customer-focused and enjoys helping guests have a great experience.
• Team player who supports colleagues to achieve store goals.
• Operations ready; balance customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive attitude; spot tasks and take ownership during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand needs and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist customers with purchases at tills or self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different store areas and support the team as needed.
