Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support customers during the festive period. You'll help shoppers find gifts, explain offers and ensure smooth checkout.

This fast-paced, active in-store role also covers stock replenishment, deliveries, and keeping shelves tidy as part of a strong team.

You’ll join a friendly Boots team, with opportunities for longer-term roles depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
