Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the festive period. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts, and provide personalised service across a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll also assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and keeping the store tidy.

This temporary role offers flexible hours and potential longer-term opportunities depending on local availability. Bank holidays, peak shopping periods, and a strong team mindset are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
