Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support busy stores during the Christmas period. You'll welcome customers, help them find gifts, explain offers and operate tills and self-checkouts, providing friendly, personalised service.

You'll also assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and store presentation, rotating across store areas as needed. This role is temporary with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
