Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts, access great offers and deliver friendly service during the Christmas period. This in-store role is fast-paced and active, with responsibilities across sales, stock replenishment, and deliveries to keep the store looking its best.

You’ll join a friendly team, gain valuable customer service experience and have opportunities for longer-term roles depending on local availability. Bank holidays included.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
