Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period. You will warmly welcome customers, help them find gifts, explain offers and complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.

The role involves replenishing stock, assisting with deliveries and keeping the store tidy to create a positive shopping experience. This temporary position requires flexibility to work across different store areas, including Bank Holidays and peak shopping times, with a friendly team and strong sense

Qualifications

• Bank Holidays availability including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused - enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player - supports others and cares about team success.
• Operations ready - comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive attitude - sees what needs doing and takes ownership.

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
