Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join the store team during the festive period. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts and offers, and ensure a smooth checkout experience with tills and self-checkouts. The role also includes stock replenishment, deliveries, and general store upkeep.

This temporary position focuses on delivering brilliant customer experiences during one of the busiest seasons, with a strong sense of teamwork and flexibility across store areas.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused — enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support the store and colleagues during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist customers at tills and self-checkouts to complete purchases.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and assist the team as needed.
