Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to assist customers during the busy Christmas period. You will help shoppers find gifts, explain offers, and provide friendly service on the shop floor and in-store areas.

This temporary role requires flexibility to work across departments, including deliveries and stock replenishment, with a focus on creating positive, feel-good experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable experiences with friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas and support your team as needed.
