Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to brighten holiday shopping for customers across our stores. You’ll help customers choose gifts, highlight offers and ensure a smooth checkout experience while supporting deliveries and stock replenishment.

This temporary role offers varied shifts, a team-oriented environment, and the chance to learn Boots products and services. You’ll be part of a busy, fast-paced seasonal team, staying energetic and positive throughout long hours and high demand

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
• Customer-focused — enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player — supports others and cares about team success.
• Operations ready — comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
