Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period. You’ll help customers choose gifts, access offers, and ensure a smooth checkout. The role involves stock replenishment, supporting deliveries, and keeping shelves tidy in a fast-paced store environment.

This temporary position requires flexibility around bank holidays and weekends, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service. Training is provided and future opportunities may arise depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
