Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor in the United Kingdom to assist customers with gifts and offers during the Christmas period. You will be the friendly face on the shop floor, helping shoppers, assisting with tills, and supporting deliveries.

This temporary role requires flexibility across store areas, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude to ensure a great customer experience during the busiest season.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused and enjoys helping people to create a great shopping experience.
• Team player who supports colleagues and helps the store run smoothly.
• Able to balance customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas to support the team.
