Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking friendly Hosts for its stores during the busy Christmas period. You will meet and greet customers, assist with wrapping, boxing purchases, and support the Sales Team to keep the store welcoming and efficient.

In this fast-paced role, you will help manage customer enquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Meeting and greeting customers in a positive and friendly way.
• Making customers feel welcome on entering and browsing the store.
• Offering and serving refreshments.

Responsibilities
