Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking Hosts to provide a friendly and welcoming first impression in our busy stores during peak Christmas trading. You will meet customers, assist with wrapping and boxing, and support the sales team as needed to keep processes smooth and the store tidy.

Ideal candidates are energetic, with strong people skills and an eye for detail, able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and help with click-and-collect orders and refreshments for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience is preferred in hospitality, promotions, retail or catering.
• Positive, enthusiastic personality with great people skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Keen eye for detail and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Assist with wrapping/boxing purchases and processing sales when required.
• Support during click and collect orders and ensure smooth collections.
• Maintain high in-store standards and assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Offer refreshments and help manage customer waiting times.
