Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking Hosts to provide a friendly, welcoming first impression for customers entering the store during the busy Christmas season.

You will meet and greet customers, assist with wrapping or boxing purchases, handle bookings and collections, and help keep the store tidy and inviting.

Candidates should have prior customer-facing experience in hospitality, promotions, retail or catering, great people skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with a friendly, welcoming approach.
• Assist with wrapping or boxing purchases and processing sales where needed.
• Support bookings and customer collections (click-and-collect) and help keep the store tidy.
• Ensure the store is orderly and clean during peak trading periods.
