Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking friendly Christmas Hosts to welcome customers as they enter our Leeds stores. You will meet and greet customers, assist with appointments, wrapping and boxing purchases, and help with customer collections to support the Sales Team.

In this fast-paced, seasonal role you will maintain high store standards, serve refreshments, and ensure a warm, effortless shopping experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, promotions, retail or catering.
• Positive, enthusiastic and capable of working in busy environments.
• Strong customer-facing communication and rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a positive and friendly way.
• Make customers feel welcome on entry and while browsing.
• Offer and serve refreshments.
• Identify customer needs and manage waiting times.
• Assist Sales Team with wrapping/boxing or processing sales.
• Assist with click and collect purchases.
• Maintain excellent in-store standards.
