Hotel Chocolat UK is hiring a Seasonal Sales Advisor for our Cheltenham stores during the busy Christmas period. You will help customers find perfect gifts, upsell seasonal products like the Velvetiser, and ensure a magical shopping experience.

Role involves assisting with deliveries and replenishment, handling transactions, and keeping the store and café area spotless. Flexible, reliable team players will receive full training and generous staff discounts as rewards.

Qualifications

• Reliable and flexible to meet store trading and delivery times.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Immerse customers in Hotel Chocolat seasonal products and gift ideas.
• Help customers find the perfect Christmas gift by asking questions and confirming needs.
• Support store deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain high standards in-store and café areas to WOW customers.
• Prepare drinks, ice creams and snacks if the store has a café area, following guidelines.
