Job summary

Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor for the Christmas period in the UK. You’ll delight customers with chocolate gifts, helping them choose the perfect present while maintaining store standards.

You will process transactions, assist with deliveries and replenishment, and, where applicable, prepare café items. Reliability and a friendly, energetic approach are essential in our fast-paced festive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Reliable and flexible to meet store needs during the festive period.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Immerse customers in the Hotel Chocolat world and help them find the perfect gift.
• Identify customer needs with questions and check allergens where relevant.
• Support store deliveries and replenishment as required.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain high standards in store and café areas to WOW customers.
• If there's a café, prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks per guidelines.
• Support the store and team to drive success.
