Job summary

Hotel Chocolat is recruiting a Seasonal Sales Advisor for October to December to deliver exceptional customer service during our peak season. You’ll help customers choose gifts, manage stock, and support tills with smooth transactions.

You’ll be part of a team in our busy store, assisting with deliveries, replenishment, and café service where applicable, while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Immerse customers in Hotel Chocolat world and seasonal products like Velvetiser.
• Help customers find the perfect Christmas gift by understanding needs and checking allergens.
• Support store team with deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain high store and café standards to WOW customers.
• If café present, prepare hot/cold drinks, ice creams and snacks per guidelines, keep area clean.
• Support the store and team to drive success.
